I suppose I could make another email that is very very similar to my current one so, unless folks really looked at it they may not notice.

a different email address would confuse them and there are tons of various things sent to my clients regularly (*you can only have one email for your MLS profile - it’s the same one that both the board and the state licensing bureau have associated with me) I’m defeatedĬlick to expand.I thought of that but because whatever email I have in my profile in MLS is the email everything I send out to clients has on it.

Best I can determine is that the problem lies with gmail but their help pages are not helpful.
LISTINGS FLEXMAIL FLEXMLS UPDATE
My clients are, however, receiving their update reports (thank God!) so I set myself up as if I were a client (not just being cc’d) and I still do not get the update report emailed to me. I’ve tried everything I know to do and everything I can find on the net. I only have a regular gmail/google account (not a G Suite) and so I’m unable to access any admin information that might tell me if something is being deleted by gmail’s security measures. The listing update report is not sent as an attachment (although there are several hyperlinks to show what the same folks interested in my listing are also looking at - this has not been an issue in the past). FlexMLS says they have confirmation of gmail’s receipt - they’re not in my spam or trash, there’s no filter or other rule concerning any mls addresses that would circumvent the email’s delivery to my inbox.

I am able to receive other types of emails from them, but not the listing updates. I’m a Realtor and, until November 9, 2020, I was able to receive listing activity reports from FlexMLS - after that I stopped receiving them.
